 Frequently Asked Questions

  • What should I bring?

Wear comfortable clothing that isn’t too loose, and bring a water bottle. If you have a yoga mat or props you can bring those as well, but we have those available to you at the studio. Rental mats are $2 and props (yoga blocks, blankets, straps, bolsters) are free.

  • I’ve never done yoga before, is it okay for beginNers?

Yes! We recommend our gentle classes restorative yoga, slow flow and chakra flow for beginners. These classes have a slow pace and use many props, great for beginners.

  • Do you have rental mats?

Yes! We have rental mats to barrow for $2. Please clean after use with the mat spray provided.

  • What membership options do you have?

We have all kinds of membership and class pass options depending on how you want to practice. You can get an unlimited pass for in person, online or both, or you can purchase individual or groups of class passes to get a discounted class rate. You can find all options here on our pricing page.

  • Where can I find your schedule?

You can find the schedule here!

  • Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! You can find all gift cards here.

  • I was gifted a pass, how do I redeem it?

Go to the email where your received the gift card and click the link from that email. Once you create an account or login to your account the amount of the gift card will be automatically loaded onto you account. You can use the gift card amount on any purchases including passes, memberships and merchandise.

  • I can’t make it to a class I registered for, what do I do?

You can cancel a reservation up to 30minutes before class begins. To cancel login to your Union account, click the class you want to cancel and hit cancel. Livestream classes are available for 24hours after and do not need to be cancelled, but if you need to you can do it the same way. You can find more info here.

  • How warm is the studio?

The studio is kept at a comfortable 76-86 degrees Fahrenheit. We do not teach “hot yoga” and believe in the traditional style of yoga practice that builds heat from the inside using breath and body movement. Building internal heat allows you to regulate your temperature and helps to ensure that you don’t over stretch your muscles.
