Berry Hibiscus Sun Tea

Hibiscus always makes me feel like summer has arrived. The color, the smell, the taste all remind me of being outside in the sunshine, soaking up joy.

For a summer refreshing drink I like to make Hibiscus Sun tea and mix in berries and mint for extra refreshing yumminess. This blend is a summertime fave that I hope you enjoy :)

Ingredients:

2 cups of fresh berries

1 handful of fresh mint leaves

1 ounce dried hibiscus

1 lemon slice

Combine all ingredients into a jar with 2 quarts of water. Seal the jar and place it in the sun for 1-3 hours. Shake the mixture vigorously anytime you walk by (about 1-5 times during brewing). When it’s done brewing strain it and serve over ice. Add agave to sweeten if needed.

Sip in the sun and relax :)
