Immune Boosting Ginger Tea for Flu Season

Flu and cold season is upon us, and while we can’t always avoid it, we can take steps to boost our immune systems to help us fight it off faster.

This is my husband’s recipe for one of my favorite winter teas. I hope you like it! This tea packs a punch on your taste buds and your immune system.

Ginger Lemon Tea

Peel and Chop 2-3 thumbs of fresh ginger and boil in water for 10min.

Strain and pour ginger water into mug.

Squeeze in 1/4 of a lemon

1 Teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar

1/8 Teaspoon or less (I prefer just a sprinkle) of Cayenne Pepper

Let steep 2-3 minutes and drink the entire mug :)
