This tea is easy to brew and it’s effects are instantaneous. Try it!
If using dried herbs, leave chamomile flowers heads whole and brush lavender petals into a bowl. Mix gently together with a spoon.
If using fresh herbs, rinse first, pat dry and place whole in tea cup or infuser.
Add 2 teaspoons of chamomile and lavender flower blend to your favorite mug, or use a tea ball or infuser. and pour in boiling water. Steep 2-3 minutes for dried flowers and 3-5 for fresh, then remove to avoid over steeping.
Add honey to taste if you like it a bit sweeter.
Sip slowly with self care and nurturing.
